Here are a few basic tips on how to prevent catching the Swine Flu:
1. Limit your contact with people that are sick.
2. If you're sick, stay home if possible.
3. Cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze.
4. Keep your hands washed, we unconsciously touch contaminated surfaces all day.
5. Exercise, get plenty of sleep, and drink lots of fluids.
Overall continue living your life and don't panic because life is way too short to be filled up with worrying!

Vaccines...
Parents don’t feel pressured by your children’s pediatricians to follow the traditional vaccine schedule. There is solid research and evidence that some vaccines are linked to autism. After a recent visit to the ER with my son after receiving his two month well baby vaccines, I’ve decided to spread the vaccine schedule out. Parents please research the side effects and pay close attention to your children the first 72hrs after being vaccinated.

Communication
Communication is the key to any solid relationship between couples. Learning effective communication may seem like a no brainer but it does not come easily for some people. There are many different ways to communicate such as: body, oral, written, and sign language. What is your favorite form of communication? What do you think prevents people from communicating effectively?
